I’m Jennifer Dolan, a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) in the greater Philadelphia area who is passionate about food. I created this site to curate news in the terroir industry and report the effects of terroir on the taste of food. Here I also introduce you to farmers, food artisans, and chefs who support regenerative agriculture and preserve tradition and culture to bring you high-quality food that reflects the local terroir, giving you a sense of people, place and time.
